Hello,

On the 18th of March was Soldiers’ Day, which is basically a holiday for men.  It is not actually much of a holiday, but it is a good excuse to have a special program for men.  We had 17 men, with about half coming from another church.  We didn’t beat the women, who had 29 on International Women’s Day on the 8th, but it was the best-attended men’s program we have ever had; and I the best program for women we have had, also.

We had several visitors for Easter Sunday.  We have been playing in a gym on the last Friday of the month prior to the last Sunday, when we preach on salvation always.  It is for fun, as well as trying to get friends in and then inviting them to church.  We had five young ladies come that Sunday who played in the gym on Friday.  Our landlord was there also.  The last time he came he had several questions for me right after the service, but this time he left as soon as it was over.  I will try to visit with him to see what he thought.
